当涂经济开发区产业发展暂行规定
凡入驻的企业可享受下列优惠政策：
工业项目按国土资源部《关于发布实施〈全国工业用地出让最低价标准〉的通知》（国土资发[2006]307号）经招标、拍卖、挂牌方式取得国有土地使用权，使用期为50年；其他项目出让方式和使用年限按国家规定执行。当涂县为十二等地区，基准地价为8万元/亩，（120元/平方米）。
国家颁布的鼓励外来投资的优惠政策、国家中西部地区特殊的优惠政策、国家关于鼓励企业产品出口、科技创新等退税及奖励政策、国家颁布的外商投资政策。国务院确定马鞍山（当涂）作为中部地区26个城市之一，比照实施振兴东北地区等老工业基地有关政策。
当涂县人民政府支持当涂经济开发区产业发展、当涂县商贸流通项目建设、《当涂县工业投资免收行政事业性收费目录》中的有关优惠政策。
各项行政性规费：除上缴省之外，按省市公布的收费标准下限减半收取。
投资者自行选择中介服务机构，县内中介服务机构按下限标准减半收取服务费。
